AD LOC 100 panels are used in both industrial and commercial applications. Their unsurpassed insulating capabilities and strength make them ideal for a broad range of uses in both hot and cold weather. The metal panels come in 36″ widths allowing for quick installation – a crucial attribute given Western Canada’s labour shortage. A hidden fastener panel is available for commercial applications. Embossing and a variety of colours are available as well. Installation Manual

ADLOC 100 Polyurethane Insulated Panels are composed of corrugated steel skin exterior with a Polyurethane foam core interior. The panels are manufactured in a 36” width with varying lengths and thicknesses of 1-1/2”, 2-1/2”, 3” and 4”. The panels are used for residential or commercial building construction. Physical Ratings: Individual ADLOC 100 panels have achieved the following mechanical ratings:

ADLOC 100 panels measuring 3 ft wide and 1-1/2 in. thick with various lengths fastened every 12 in. o.c with #8 x ¾” Hex Head Tek and Polystyrene Butadiene Styrene sealant applied along the seams have achieved the following ratings:

The HF 1000 panels come in 42″ widths, and no exposed fasteners are needed, both of which expedite install times. An array of colours and uses are possible, wherever you require strength and insulation in a building or hoarding.

AD LOC 400

Tank/Vessel Insulation Panel

Our AD LOC 400 Panel is thermally broken and has external flanges. Panels come in 32″ or 36″ widths with a maximum height of 30′. They are self-supporting – do not require rings – making for smooth and quick installation. These panels do not absorb exterior condensation and will not wick ground moisture from snow or rain. They easily adjust themselves as the tanks expand and contract during filling and emptying cycles. Embossed aluminum is available.

General Purpose Roof Panel

The AD LOC 600 is our wood-skinned general-purpose roof panelling which is thermally broken and includes a wood lap and recess joining system. Log home builders recognize the benefits and use our wood panelling on their roof systems. The polyurethane panel allows for swift installation and comes in 4′ x 8′ standard sizes with OSB or plywood outer skins. Our in-house staff ensures that the panels are designed and built for proper snow and wind loads, which is just one of the many ways that we ensure all of our panelling is produced to the highest standards of quality.
