Offer Optimal Thermal Performance
Advanced Panel Products’ vessel insulation panels are thermally protected inside and out. Of course, the inner layers are insulated, but the outer shell is also thermally efficient. In fact, our panels have a maximum service temperature of 180° F. The combination of external and internal insulation provides optimal ‘in-place’ thermal performance and minimizes fire/water penetration. However, customers can choose their tank’s overall insulation levels and thermal performance. The panels are also manufactured in 1.5”, 2”2.5”, 3”, 4” at 7.2 R value per inch.
Durable and Well-Made
The systems we manufacture are some of the most durable tank insulation panels Edmonton and area has to offer. They’re virtually maintenance-free with an aluminum or steel outer shell. The aluminum shells can be stucco embossed and the steel is available in a variety of colours. They're 32” or 36” wide, and the wall panels are scored to aid with bending around a tank. All projects are supplied with matching flashing caulking and screws for easy installation. This will help create a strong, weatherproof seal between the panels after installation. Weatherproofing in this manner will enable the system to withstand strong winds and rain, and even though they're light weight, these aluminum or metal panels are also built to withstand the contraction and expansion of a tank, leaving them secure in any conditions.
